Block usenet access (pay as you download): A block account is an account that you refresh as you use up your allocation (with no time limit). Speedcapped Account: A speedcapped account does not restrict the number of bytes you can download, but the speed at which you can do so. With general access to broadband this type of usenet access ahs alsmost disappeared.
Limited usenet access: Metered usenet accounts have a certain quota (monthly). Once reached it is impossible to download any more unless you pay again. But some usenet providers "roll over" any part of the GigaBytes not used during a month, available for use in the next month. Impractical.
